Rush County Youth Baseball & Softball is a non-for-profit organization looking to continue growth throughout every year. Our mission is to provide a safe environment to teach and learn the greatest game of all time. Our dedicated Board of directors, along with our volunteers provide a safe & comfortable learning environment for our youth.  Our goals are to not only teach the skills but to also grow our youth's knowledge in sportsmanship, dedication, trust, courage, friendships and most of all, TEAMWORK.  Our goal is to NOT teach about winning vs loosing, but to encourage each youth player and family to return time and time again even after a defeat. 

Each Year, RCY Baseball and Softball brings in a handful of returning youth & families as well as the new.  We currently only operate a spring-summer league, however in the next season we will be adding additional family nights, game nights, fun events & a co-ed opportunity for both teens and adults.  We are also looking into travel league opportunities to play local teams around Rush County.
